Each of our Design Suites is fully serviced and includes all floral design, labor, delivery, placement, napkin styling, and a dedicated team to return for end-of-night pickup.
To meet the needs of every venue and event style, we also offer optional hospitality services such as bussing, dish washing, and re-racking. These additional services can be added to any suite for a complete, hands-off guest experience.

Each suite includes floral design, labor, delivery, table placement, napkin styling, and an end-of-night pickup team. Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, linens, and florals are included according to the suite you select.
Bussing, dish washing, and re-racking of dishes are optional hospitality services that can be added to any suite.
Pickup (included): Our team returns at the end of the event to collect rentals, florals, and décor.
Bussing (add-on): Clearing plates, glassware, and flatware from guest tables during or after the event.

Some specialty rentals are available for Brilliance-level floral clients. Your designer will guide you through options based on your chosen suite.
Your detailed design meeting and walkthrough will take place 60–70 days before your event.
Our design and vision boards take several hours to create. The retainer reserves dedicated creative time exclusively for your event.
Please allow 1–2 weeks after booking, as each board is custom-designed for your event.
After your discovery call, we will recommend the suite that best fits your vision and send a flat-rate deposit link. Once the deposit is submitted, your date is officially reserved.
