in Your Suite?

Each of our Design Suites is fully serviced and includes all floral design, labor, delivery, placement, napkin styling, and a dedicated team to return for end-of-night pickup.

To meet the needs of every venue and event style, we also offer optional hospitality services such as bussing, dish washing, and re-racking. These additional services can be added to any suite for a complete, hands-off guest experience.

Your suite is designed to feel effortless, polished, and fully supported — allowing you to enjoy your celebration while we handle the details.

What is included in each Design Suite?
More Than

Each suite includes floral design, labor, delivery, table placement, napkin styling, and an end-of-night pickup team. Dinnerware, flatware, glassware, linens, and florals are included according to the suite you select.

What services are optional add-ons?
More Than

Bussing, dish washing, and re-racking of dishes are optional hospitality services that can be added to any suite.

What’s the difference between pickup and bussing?
More Than

Pickup (included): Our team returns at the end of the event to collect rentals, florals, and décor.
Bussing (add-on): Clearing plates, glassware, and flatware from guest tables during or after the event.

Is dish washing included?
More Than

Not by default. Dish washing and re-racking can be added based on your venue’s needs and kitchen access.

Can I book a suite without glassware?
More Than

Yes — each suite offers a Florals + Linens Only option. Perfect for venues that provide their own settings or clients who prefer to source their own.

Are the suites customizable?
More Than

Yes. You can upgrade florals, add chargers, select a Luxury Upgrade, or refine styling details during your design meeting.

Do you offer rentals outside the suites?
More Than

Some specialty rentals are available for Brilliance-level floral clients. Your designer will guide you through options based on your chosen suite.

When will we finalize my full design?
More Than

Your detailed design meeting and walkthrough will take place 60–70 days before your event.

Why is a design retainer required?
More Than

Our design and vision boards take several hours to create. The retainer reserves dedicated creative time exclusively for your event.

How long does it take to receive my design boards?
More Than

Please allow 1–2 weeks after booking, as each board is custom-designed for your event.

How do I reserve my date?
More Than

After your discovery call, we will recommend the suite that best fits your vision and send a flat-rate deposit link. Once the deposit is submitted, your date is officially reserved.
